Interior Painting Rates

Our overall interior rates typically range from $4 to $8 per sq. ft. based on total scope:

• Walls: $2 – $4 / sq. ft. 

• Ceilings: $1 – $1.50 / sq. ft. 

• Trim & Doors: $1 – $1.50 / sq. ft. •

• Baseboards (Inc. Prep): $3 – $4.50 / linear ft.

Standard Room Estimates

(Includes surface prep, minor wall repairs, spot priming, and two coats of premium paint).

• Small Bedroom / Office (10x12): $450 – $700 •

• Living / Dining Room: $700 – $1,100 

• Master Bedroom (Inc. En-suite & Walk-in): $800 – $1,200

• Hallways & Stairwells: $600 – $1,500

• Bathroom: $350 – $550 • Doors & Trim (Per Opening): $80 – $150

Exterior Painting Rates

(Includes pressure washing prep, scraping, caulking, priming, and high-durability exterior paint)

• Pressure Washing: $600 – $1,500 

• Exterior Trim (Fascia, Soffits, Windows): $1,500 – $3,500

• Deck Staining / Painting: $3.00 – $5.00 / sq. ft. 

• Vinyl / Aluminum Siding (Avg 2-Story): $3,500 – $6,000 

• Stucco Painting (Avg 2-Story): $4,500 – $8,000
