Interior Painting Rates

 

We price our interior projects in Greater Vancouver mostly based on square footage, typically ranging from $4 to $8 per square foot. This variation depends on ceiling height, surface condition, and the required preparation work. Generally, walls are charged at $2 to $4 per square foot, ceilings at $1 to $1.50, and trim and doors at $1 to $1.50 per square foot. Below is a rough overall estimate by room.

Includes: Minor wall repairs, sanding, priming spots, and two coats of premium paint.

2. Paint Quality: We use premium products (like Sherwin Williams & Dulux) that provide better coverage and washability.

3. Access & Height: High ceilings, stairwells, or uneven ground for exterior ladders require extra safety measures and time.

4. Protection: We take the time to cover your furniture, floors, and belongings with plastic sheets and heavy-duty drop cloths, ensuring we pack up and clean thoroughly afterward.
